Back to School

As most people know by now, i am back to school.my subjects are mostly related to the economy, management, finance,world theories etc. pretty boring huh? i dont mind the classes, but the reading of the materials and books are really taxing..i wonder why i did not feel this way before when i was studying law.

Books, journals and articles ..oh my god..almost 100% of them are just to difficult and too impossible for me to understand.Come alone digest.Especially American books. Frankly i prefer European ( plus British ) authors compared to American.i think something is wrong with me..or are academic writings and textbooks are simply hard to understand..why use hard and difficult way to beat around the bush to come to a point? there are ample ways to put it simply but why choose to write it in a lengthy and putar belit way..??? totally berserkkk

maybe i am too rusted..i cant read good reading materials anymore..or maybe i am too set in my mind about certain theories that no matter how much i read, i reject unconsciously.or i am too obsessed with the fact that i have to understand everything before actually quoting or using something out of something i dont understand.

why do scholars write in such twisted and winding ways? dont they want people to understand they work/writings easily? is it because that they too have a limited vocabulary that they are limited in writing skills but they have to publish anyway?

i used to tell my brothers and cousins that even if u dont feel like studying, just flip the pages and slowly get the hang of the book.i am doing that right now. Looking at a book written by this old man called musgrave...A HUGE BORE.. but luckily i have this little boy who sings AIR PALANG PAGI as pengubat tatkala buntu...check him out. so very cute!

As simple as register with a touch card, see the doctor, wait for ur number to be called, go to the cash deposit machine, insert the touch card, pay and balikkkkkkkkkkkk.. yippeee.

The One about Japanese Baseball

I had a chance to watch a baseball game between the Yomiuri Giants (YG) and the Hanshin Tigers (HT) in Tokyo Dome yesterday. it was my first time and i enjoyed it tremendously. YG which is also known as TOKTO GIANTS is the home team and HT is from Osaka. YG has a pair of rabbit as their mascott. At YG home games, you'll likely see the team's mascot, a half Y & G logo, half rabbit. The odd creature goes by the name "Giabbit" (Pronounced "Jabbit"). GIANT + RABBIT..hahahah

i realized something today. maybe it has been a habit but i came to realize abt it only today.i was walking to the bicycle parking space near the subway station, as my eyes, as usual started searching for my speda. i left it there overnight as i followed my supervisor and seminar friends to to Yoshii Machi, Gunma Prefecture.

the minute my eyes caught the sight of the red string tied to my backseat of the speda, i smile. there it was, waiting loyally for me to collect it.

then it strike me, why did i smile to my speda?

maybe cause its the closest thing i have now.

i actually smiled to a bicycle. how cuckoo have i gone? hahaha

My First Entrance Ceremony Spring 2009

i attended the entrance ceremony for Meiji University Spring 2009. It was only held for an hour,short but very sweet in my opinion. can u guys see the difference? the hall is simple, even the proggramme is simple. takder berleter berjela-jela tapi isi pon tarak, tak sempat letih dan tak sempat mengantuk. it ended with a small orchestra playing the school song. best gak lagu tu. i wore my purple kebaya, not knowing Meiji punya official color is PURPLE. hahaha.. org lain pakai black..i was a mascot la..hahaha..

i am now a university student.
