Polis akan panggil Shamsul Iskandar

KUALA LUMPUR 15 Sept. - Polis akan memanggil Ketua Angkatan Muda Keadilan, Shamsul Iskandar Mohd. Akin bagi merakamkan percakapannya berhubung tuduhan yang mengaitkan pasukan keselamatan itu dengan pembunuhan jutawan kosmetik, Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya.

Ketua Polis Selangor, Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar berkata, Shamsul Iskandar perlu bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap semua tuduhan yang dilemparkan dan jika gagal mengemukakan bukti, beliau bakal dikenakan tindakan undang-undang.

"Jika tidak tahu fakta sebenar jangan bercakap ikut sedap mulut. Inilah kenyataan paling merepek yang pernah saya dengar dan kita akan memanggil beliau untuk dirakam percakapan bagi membolehkan siasatan dilakukan terhadap dakwaan yang dilemparkan.

"Beliau perlu bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya dengan kenyataan yang telah dibuat dan jika gagal mengemukakan sebarang bukti, kita akan mendakwa beliau di mahkamah selepas semua siasatan dilengkapkan," katanya ketika dihubungi Utusan Malaysia di sini, hari ini.

Kepada soalan sama ada sudah ada laporan polis dibuat berhubung tuduhan itu, Khalid berkata sehingga kini tiada laporan diterima pihaknya.

Dalam pada itu, Khalid memberi ingatan kepada semua pemimpin politik agar tidak mempolitikkan pembunuhan Sosilawati serta kes-kes jenayah lain semata-mata untuk kepentingan agenda sempit mereka atau bakal berdepan dengan tindakan tegas oleh pihak berkuasa.

"Jangan jadi ahli politik yang tiada kerja sehingga asyik hendak mempolitikkan isu-isu seperti ini. Pergilah buat kerja yang lebih baik untuk rakyat," tegasnya.

Masters Thesis

Writing a thesis is extremely hard.
Its hard because i cannot concentrate and have no focus whatsoever.
i became queen of laziness.

could i be different tomorrow?
i think i have not changed and will never change.

tonite i will have to watch Hotaru no hikari 2 final episode!
there goes my focus!

Train Manners in Japan Lesson 2

As the Walkman are created in Japan by Sony, it is unthinkable for anyone not to have them. Now they have Mp3 players,iPod,iPod Nano..etc etc. and its it mostly used in the train. but sometimes..the volume is too loud and disturbs the other passangers.

I am going to the train station now. hope i wont get a seat or have to stand next to one.

Train Manners in Japan ( or atleast in Tokyo) Lesson 1

For all who have been to here.. this is not an uncommon sight. within few minutes drastic transformation can be seen. Girls can transform infront of you within minutes from pale yellow skin to cute pretty long lashes pouty big eyes girls. all done in the shaking and moving train and this is one of the posters in the train to advice users not consider others and be more considerate to the other passengers! the scond poster is the latest one.

My Yuzu Bath @ YUZU YU

December 22 is usually the shortest day of the year, as the planet tilts away from the sun and we have winter solstice here on the northern hemisphere. It is called 冬至 (tōji).In Japan, its also called the winter solstice.

On this day, japanese have a hot bath with yuzu. Yuzu is a citrus which grows mainly in Korea and Japan.Please read more about it here.Its almost has the skin of limau purut (kaffir lime) but its not as rounded as it.

very refreshing and not only on the solstice day for me!

We seldom see a thin cow. We always see a fat cow. Why do we have to drink milk from a fat animal.

Happy New Year 2010 - AKEMASHTE OMEDETOU! KOTOSHI MO YOROSHIKU NE!

In Japan, Christmas is not a holiday observed but many companies declare it as holidays.Here its called the winter break.Its stretches up to a few days after the New Year.A few weeks before the NY, nengajou are sold everywhere. nenggajou are new year greeting cards, mostly in the form of postcards. almost everyone in Japan from students to old people write this greetings to show say thanks especially to former bosses, teachers, relatives, parents, friends etc..practically everybody. also, never forget to also send to those whom sent you nenggajou last year!

the interesting thing about the nenggajou is that you will have to post it by a certain date determined and announced by the Japan Post. this year, if you want the postcards to arrive on the 1st of January, the postcards need to be posted by the 26th of December. Then, can you imagine the speed of work of the Japan Post and the sorting they have to do? On the new years day, usually families will receive postcards in bundles and will read it together after New Years brunch..

Last year, i didn't get to spend the new year the Japanese way. but this year, i did. On the eve of the new year, the Japanese will have soba..a type of noodle which is made from soba buckwheat flour, eaten with soup made with soy sauce, dashi (japanese flavoring from fish and sometimes seaweed) and green onion. Soba is said to give the meaning of longevity, prosperity because of the long noodle...eaten with Shichimi Togarashi (Seven flavour Chilli Pepper).
